Learn to cycle with confidence Cycle Training UK provides one to one practical cycle training sessions for adults and children, from complete beginners to advanced cycling skills. Read more or request a lesson.

From our central London office, we administrate schemes for schools, youth providers, local authorities, workplaces, regeneration agencies and health providers

Continued Professional Development

instructor training classroom based sessionsCTUK offers courses and modules aimed at qualified instructors wishing to refresh skills and develop new skills. The next professional development modules will be held during the first week of February 2010. Click here for further information.

These are suitable for individual instructors as well as organisations.We offer refresher courses from Complete Beginner techniques through NS levels 1-3. Other topics include working with people with Special Educational Needs, improving bike maintenance skills and incorporating cycling games in training.

We also train mentors for schemes delivering Bikeability training. These courses take place at CTUK's training base in central London or we can travel to run these courses at your base.

Instructor Training

An instructor training course out on the roadsWe also offer instructor training courses, consultation, and database services for local authorities, health providers and other organisation around the country who manage their own cycle training schemes and instructor teams.
